Authors who publish in the Journal of Communication Science and Public Administration (JCSPA) retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.
The articles published in the Journal of Communication Science and Public Administration (JCSPA) are made available under an open-access license, allowing readers to access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, provided that proper credit is given to the original authors and the journal.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts are original works and do not infringe upon the copyright, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
