Authors who publish in the Journal of Informatics Engineering and Research (JOIEAR) retain the copyright of their published work and grant the journal the right of first publication.

The articles published in the Journal of Informatics Engineering and Research (JOIEAR) are made available under an open-access license, allowing readers to access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of the articles, provided that the original work is properly acknowledged and cited.
