Journal of Language and Research (JOLARS) committed to increasing the visibility, accessibility, discoverability, and dissemination of published scholarly research in the fields of language, linguistics, tourism, hospitality, culture, communication, and related interdisciplinary studies.

The journal seeks to establish and maintain inclusion in reputable academic databases, indexing services, abstracting platforms, library catalogs, and scholarly discovery systems that are relevant to its scope.

1. Indexing and Abstracting Services

IJLTS aims to be indexed and abstracted in relevant national and international academic databases and scholarly information services, including, where applicable:

  • Google Scholar

The journal will update this list as new indexing and abstracting applications are successfully completed.

2. Metadata and Discoverability

IJLTS is committed to providing complete and accurate article metadata to facilitate the discovery and citation of published research.

Article metadata may include:

  • Article title;
  • Author names;
  • Institutional affiliations;
  • Abstract;
  • Keywords;
  • Publication date;
  • Volume and issue information;
  • Digital Object Identifier (DOI), where available;
  • References and citation information.

The journal may deposit article metadata with relevant scholarly infrastructure and indexing services to improve discoverability and interoperability.

3. Digital Object Identifier (DOI)

Where applicable, published articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through the journal's DOI registration agency.

DOIs provide persistent identification and facilitate reliable access, citation, linking, and tracking of published articles.

Authors are encouraged to use the DOI when citing articles published in IJLTS.

4. Google Scholar and Scholarly Search
