Open Access Policy
The Indonesian Journal of Social Issues (IJOSIM) is committed to providing immediate and unrestricted open access to all of its published articles. The journal believes that making scholarly research freely available to the public supports the advancement of knowledge, promotes academic collaboration, and increases the visibility and impact of scholarly work.
All articles published by IJOSIM are freely accessible online immediately upon publication. Readers may access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of published articles without requiring prior permission from the journal, provided that proper acknowledgment is given to the original authors and the journal.
IJOSIM supports the principle that scholarly knowledge should be accessible to researchers, academics, students, practitioners, policymakers, and the wider community. Authors retain copyright of their published works while granting the journal the right of first publication.
The reuse and distribution of published articles are permitted in accordance with the open-access license applied to the article, provided that users properly cite the authors, article title, journal name, and original publication.
There are no subscription barriers for readers, and access to published research is not restricted by institutional or geographical location.
By implementing this open-access policy, Indonesian Journal of Social Issues (IJOSIM) seeks to contribute to the wider dissemination of social science research and encourage the sharing, discussion, and reuse of scholarly knowledge for academic and societal development.
